    is it possible to modify a plugin’s css by creating a custom css with the code I need to change?

    You can overlay CSS properties defined by a plugin with your own CSS. To do this, you have to give your CSS a higher value, either by specifying additional HTML elements or classes or, if there is no other way, by using !important.
