[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] URL link issue

My referrers URLs have stopped being “clickable” today.

I have looked at the source and can see why, but cannot see a reason for it to break or how to fix it.

Here is a snippet:

<tr class="alternate"><td class="label"><a 'href='http://sample.com/' target='_blank'>sample.com/</a></td><td class="views">1</td></tr>

As you can see, <a herf=’http://sample.com&#8217; has been broken with the extra ‘ around the href.

Any ideas?
