Tried installing theme using upload option and this is what i got

Installing Theme from uploaded file: wordpress-bootstrap-css.2.0.2.3.zip

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

You can’t install a plugin using the install theme menu. It’s not a theme after all.

Oh, my bad. Wastn’t even thinking it’s a plugin, straight went to theme install 🙁

hehe, yup, this is the plugin “version” of Twitter Bootstrap for WordPress. There are plenty of themes out there, none of which I’ve used so I can’t comment or recommend any, sorry.
