Plugin support

I have raised some issues regarding security and quality of this plugin in the past, and today decided to give it another go.
I am encountering the same “Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Attempt to assign property “carrierId” on array” issue as in this 9 month old topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/php-fatal-error-466/

Is this plugin being actively developed and supported? The other (old?) plugin hasn’t been updated for 1 year, so we are unsure how we should proceed from here.
