    Hi there,

I noticed that the plugin only showed comments, but no more views withing it’s dashboard. After emptying it’s cache I now got the “Sorry. No data so far.” message and no new data seems to be gathered (even though I emptied my cache and tried the ajax option). WordPress core and all plugins are up to date.

Looked into phpmyadmin and saw, that “wp_popularpostsdata” only got new data until June 1st (stats in the plugin dashboard are all “0”, except for “Hall of Fame”), “wp_popularpostssummary” is empty (well, except for the table column names “ID”, “postid”, “pageviews”, “view_date” and “view_datetime”).

I kind of have no clou why this before fully functional plugin stopped working, maybe you have an idea?

    Hi @zemase,

I noticed that WPP’s JS script isn’t being appended to your theme’s header section. That’s likely the reason why WPP has been unable to keep track of your page views.

    Try this:

    1. Exclude WPP from Autoptimize’s cache.
    2. Purge WP Redis Cache’s cache.
    3. Purge Cloudflare’s cache.

    Hi Hector,

thank you very much – the JS exclusion from Autoptimize did the trick as it seems. Views are coming in again. Phew! 🙂

Keep up the great work, greetings from Germany!
