Plugin settings page missing (WP 6.7.1)

I’ve been using the original WP Featherlight plugin. I want to switch to WP Featherlight Disabled, but when I install the latest version (1.0.3) I can’t see a link to the plugin settings page. So I can’t enable it for images/galleries, so the plugin doesn’t work.

I’m running the latest version of WordPress (6.7.1). I’ve checked the WP > Plugins list (no link to settings). No links are on the sidebar, and also nothing in WP > Settings.
