Plugin removed from WordPress

    Hi, I see this plugin has been removed from WordPress due to security issues. Are there any plans to bring this plugin back or is there an alternative version in the works?

    It would be a shame to lose such a great plugin with over 90k installations.

    Others have recommended MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress – I have not tried it.

    I believe the author of this plugin – who is also the author of other plugins such as contact-form-7-campaign-monitor-extension – has either sadly died or is in jail or something similar! Their plugins, website and all other info is offline.

    I’m seeing a lot of errors e.g. Deprecated: Optional parameter $idform declared before required parameter $apivalid is implicitly treated as a required parameter 

    etc, and no updates.

    A pity to see someone’s hard work go down the drain! There does not appear to be any GIT we could continue.
