[Plugin: PollMe] Small bug

Hi,

in library/survey/s5v/Obj.php:

$sql = “SELECT option_name FROM wp_options […]

If someone (like me) added a $table_prefix the options table is not called wp_options. There is API function to get the correct name I think.
