I think that the bottom of the text is just being hidden. Can you post a link to the page? I think a line or two of CSS would fix the problem, and I’d be happy to figure out what needs to be added.

Sending email function works fine. I can see a order # there.
But it can’t search the order number.

I’m having the same problem of submitting an order number and not getting a result.
Order number is: cb1001

Password is “printing” – (no quotes).

Can you check what the “Email Confirmation” is set to on the “Options” page? It should be set to either “No” or “User Entered”, unless you’re using a user management plugin. That seemed to be the problem on kujhoon’s site.
