Plugin not working on Multi-Site?

The BP Create Group Type settings only available on Network Site Admin Dashboard.
When I click n Group Types it send me to the WP Network main Dash Board not to settings page.
There is a WB Plugin Button with settings but nothing works. I enable Group Type Search takes me to a 404 page.I click on Create Group Type and it sends me to the Network Dashboard:

Similar outcome experienced with v.2.0 (not so with version 1.1.1)
also tried define(‘BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG’, true ); in wp-config.php but still not working
Works perfectly on single site – or where all bp plugins are activated on site id=1 in a network
