Plugin not working – no option to post when editing?

Hi

I have network activate the plugin.

For the site i want the plugin to work i have enabled all the settings, put in all my keys.

I turned off auto post as i like to control when posts to social media happen.

I see no option to post to twitter when editing an existing post or create new.

The plugin is not listed in the screen option section as suggested in the docs and there is no plugin listed in the gutenberg side bar thing.
