I have just tested the plugin on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of WordPress and default theme.
Sure we will improve the plugin where needed.
Are you using the following theme?

I probably could have been more helpful by looking for support before complaining.
The theme I am using is by Flexithemes and is called ‘Modern Style’ and to be honest I’m not particulary attached to it on the site, so I will give things a try with different themes and see if I can find one that suits, and works with your plug-in.
I have another, more critical site which needs the functionality (for a client, not my own site) and it was for that reason that I was testing it out. Having it fail to work put me in a bit of a spot.
I’ll now test it independently with the particular theme they use now that I know the issue could be theme related, and hopefully if that works I can relax a bit and roll it out to them.
Your responsiveness speaks highly of you, so if I can get it working there I will revise my review in light of that.
