    Please set your valid city name and country code. This message showing up. My location is listed in the openweather.still not working

    Thanks for reaching us. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the plugin. Please enable the Skip Cache for Weather Update option from Settings and clear your website cache. Check the screenshot for a better understanding.

    If you could kindly share the page link and a screenshot of the General Settings of the shortcode would be much appreciated.
