Plugin not getting text

The plugin is installed and it appears on the HTML of the website.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin with no change. Cache is cleaned between tests. I do not know when this happened. Also tried to uninstall any plugins that could interfere with Woo-free-shipping-bar but this also failed to fix the problem.
