Plugin not generating html files

Hi, So whenever I run this plugin I get 2 folders : wp-content and wp-includes but I cant seem to find any html file generated by the plugin for any of the website i tested. So basically I want to use this plugin to create static copies of ieee websites which can be recreated later on. Can anyone help me with why html files are not being generated when I click on generate as a zip file in the plugin in wordpress admin dashboard
