Plugin not found in API response

How can I access the settings for this? I keep getting the following error even after updating to 3.7 and the respected (child) plugins listed below.
Failed to query WordPress.org Plugin Directory for the following plugin:
auto-sizes(active)dominant-color-images(active)embed-optimizer(active)image-prioritizer(active)performant-translations(active)speculation-rules(active)web-worker-offloading(installed)webp-uploads(active)
The following error occurred:
- Plugin not found in API response.
Please consider manual plugin installation and activation. You can then access each plugin’s settings via its respective “Settings” link on the Plugins screen.

I am having this same issue. I’ve tried the alpha release of the plugin 3.6.0-alpha, but I still have the same issue.
Actually, downgrading yields this screen:
Clicking activate on any of the items yields this:
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. For reference, I too am hosted on WP Engine.
