Hi @spacinsider, is this in reference to a WordPress.com website?
If it is, WordPress.com has recently listed WP RSS Aggregator with its incompatible plugins, which is something out of our control.
We are in touch with their team to try and rectify this as we don’t believe the reasons to be valid for complete removal.
Nevertheless, this forum is for WordPress.org websites, not WordPress.com.
If it is not, then please contact our premium support team.
The plugins are definitely still compatible with WordPress, there is no question about that, so we’ll be more than happy to look into any possible issues on your site.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I’m wordpress.com, but your plug-in worked perfectly for me for three months, until Friday. Now, every time I try to activate it….500 error. And WordPress is saying I can’t use it anymore. I’m not proficient enough to try and figure this out on my own and I’m at a loss as to what to do. However, it sounds like from your email above that if I’m a wordpress.com user there is nothing you can do to help either?
Not at this moment. We’re waiting on the WordPress.com team for more feedback, but so far we have heard nothing new.
Unfortunately, WP RSS Aggregator will remain listed as an incompatible plugin with WordPress.com as they explain here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
This is beyond our control. We apologise to any existing users.
Hello,
I have a wordpress.org site and use the feed-to-post plug-in. Even though it looks like you update the plug in fairly regularly, it does not appear as compatible to the last 2 WordPress version updates.
This is what I see:
WP RSS Aggregator – Feed to Post
You have version 3.7.4 installed. Update to 3.7.5. View version 3.7.5 details.
Compatibility with WordPress 4.9.8: Unknown
Compatibility with WordPress 5.0: Unknown
What do you recommend?
