[Plugin: Network Shared Posts] Nothing works

    I can’t get a peep out of this plugin. If I put the short code in correctly using html editor, I see nothing whatsoever on a newly created page relating to blog content.

    I’m running WordPress multi-site, v3.4.1 and v1.1.2 of the plugin, downloaded 2nd September 2012, with files dated 18th August. My WP Mulit-site installation uses paths rather than subdomains, by the way — might that be an issue? I’ve tried activating the plugin for the individual sites separately; I then tried deactivating the plugins from the individual sites attempted a network activation. Either way, same result, which is to say: nothing.

    All three sites have regular blog posts in various categories. I wanted to show certain categories of post on two sites but, in an attempt to get any content, I even tried putting in just the simple shortcode [netsposts ] with no restrictions in place at all — still nothing, though. Any ideas?

    The plugin is definitely active — if I type some other random shortcode, like [wibble ], I see it on the page — not so if I type [netsposts ]. Any clues?

    Could you post exactly what attributes you use with short code?

    I spent hours trying various combinations, going from including many arguments or constraints to including very few.

    I’ve tried examples like this:

    [netsposts include_blog days=1000 titles_only=false show_author=true auto_excerpt=true excerpt_length=500 show_author=true paginate=true list=5]

    I’ve also slowly removed parameters from the arguments one by one, assuming that this would remove things back to defaults, per your documentation . I never saw any page content. If I look at the page source, there’s no sign of any text being included. However, the plugin I downloaded a few days back had modification dates of 18th August. Today, there are modification dates from today, though the version number hasn’t changed. Is it worth my trying again with a clean copy?

    My private test sites have the following structure: domain.com, domain.com/site2, domain.com/site3 using WP Multi-site. I’ve tried activating the plug-in for one site, for all and finally deactivation followed by network activation. Tried creating the shortcodes on all three sites, all of which have recent posts. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    Just tried replacing the plugin. Used a network activation. Nothing…

    I think i have the same problem, i install the plugin 1.1.2 in WP 3.4.2, activated for the network and its not even showing in the admin tools, what could i possibly doing wrong?
