[Plugin: Multisite Plugin Manager] Plugin No Longer Working

When I try to activate plugins using the Multisite Plugin Manager I get the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 103809024 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in /nfs/c09/h03/mnt/134562/domains/uniimi.com/html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 421

Last week MPM worked fine and I used it to “Activate All” for two plugins. I deactivated MPM after that because I wanted to have Pro Sites (formerly Supporter) activated. Then I changed hosts really quickly and didn’t upload all the plugins at the same time and the two plugins I had activated through MPM were not uploaded initially. I have since uploaded them and activated MPM but now when I try to “Activate All” I get that error message.

Any ideas?
