[Plugin: Multisite Plugin Manager] Plugin manager not working

    Okay so I figured out that you can’t have network activated for plugins which makes it not display so now that works. However I’m still not able to get it to not show in the members plugins list. I have user control set to none and it is still showing in the members site dashboard when I click on plugins I can activate any plugin doesn’t make a difference.

    My bad I was logged in as network admin and when I would goto the dashboard of the members sites it would show it as active. I logged out and this worked great. This is resolved hopefully this will help others.
