I am using Gravity Forms and linking to my MailChimp account via their API plugin. Gravity Forms is sending my the notification emails but MailChimp is not adding them to my list. On MailChimp’s API page I can see that there are failed results and thus the API is connecting but not succeeding in adding. Any ideas of how to fix this? Was working great until yesterday. I have reset the plugin on WP to no avail.

In this case, this appears to be something related to the Gravity Forms plugin rather than the MailChimp plugin. Your best bet might be to contact them directly about this specific issue, as it looks like others are seeing the same issues as well:
