[Plugin: Link Library] User submissions not coming through

I see in a recent thread here that you fixed a problem with user submissions coming through in version 4.6.3. I’m using 4.9.7 and no user submissions seem to be coming through at all. As far as I can tell, the only thing that’s working about the user submission is the URL redirect when submitting. Any suggestions for addressing this short of re-installing the plugin.

And for future reference, can I uninstall and reinstall LL without any loss of data or LL configuration?
