    Could you please ensure that you’re using the latest version of WDesignKit (v1.2.14)?

    Once the popup is open, try performing a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) to reload the resources. If the issue still persists, kindly inspect the page and check for any errors in the browser console.

    If you find any errors, please share a screenshot or the error details with us so we can guide you accordingly.
