There is a bug that when the user has the visual editor disabled this plugin does not show up. To fix it, I added the following to the javascript:

Installed version 1.1 and could not get it to work with visual editor disabled.
I think you forgot to remove line 33
switchEditors.switchto(document.getElementById(“content-html”));
following collinprice fix.
