Plugin for rating subscriber/author profile

    I’m pretty sure this doesn’t exist but I’m looking for a plugin where a subscriber/author can be rated within their profile by admin and then that info accessed by other subs/authors. Should give average rating over time for a selection of variables
    Any ideas or workarounds?
