Plugin doesn't load

Hi, i’m working on a new website.
i’ve installed the free virtue theme, and installed the toolkit plugin.
The plug in is activated.
But when i enter into customizer menu setting, there’s this:

*NOTE: Make sure Virtue/Pinnacle Toolkit plugin is activated*
Go to Apperance > Theme Options > Menu settings for all menu settings

Already tried to re install the plugin in different mode, but still doesnt’ work.
Any suggestions?
