Plugin does not function on mobile devices

First off, great plugin!

I noticed the elevator feature does not work on mobile devices. I’m using a Samsung HTC (Android). The feature works great on desktop.

I’m using the plugin in the footer area (obviously). I added the class .elevator-button to an image (bottom-right of footer that says “Ride the Elevator”). The image is click-able on desktop and works fine, but not on mobile. Any ideas?
