Plugin Conflicts

Is it ok to deactivate the plugin after I use the plugin? I have a plugin called Coookiebot https://www.cookiebot.com/en/ that when using it applys a script in my head section. I can see the script when I use Chrome right click view source but its not there when I look inside headers and footers. Seems strange to me that I cannot see the script in both places. Is this normal or a plugin conflict?
