Plugin changes html background color

Plugin’s css contains
html { background-color: black; }and it’s obviously very annoying.
Location – /wp-content/plugins/starcat-review/includes/assets/bundle/main.bundle.css?ver=0.7.5

After updating the plugin, there is 80px tall whitespace on top of page.

After: https://prnt.sc/125ftlkI know I can just add -80px, but I think this issue should also be investigated.
(in Elementor editor it’s fine)
