    Hi,

I need help with a conflict that is being caused by Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce, we have been able to isolate it by disabling all plugins in our site and then enabling one by one each time trying the password reset. All password reset were successful except when the Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce was enabled.

We currently disabled it in our site since our subscribers need the password reset functionality working.

In any case the error showing up is this “Your password reset link is invalid”.

    Any help please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Bhavik,

We were able to fix the issue. One cause is the server side cache that WP Engine is implementing on the live version of our site. BUT We are still puzzled as to why the issue is getting fixed on the live version if we disable the Abandoned Cart Lite for Woocommerce plugin.

We are using Woocommerce v3.2.1 and our WP Version is the latest which is 4.8.2

Maybe there is still some issue with the plugin? Just curious why is that so. Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for confirming the issue. I am glad to know that you are able to fix the issue on your site.

It should have something to do with WP Engine themselves as others have faced a similar issue. I have done some research on it. I have found that some client has the same issue and they have solved the issue by contacting hosting team.

If you face any issue then please let us know. We would be happy to help you always.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
