Plugin can never find Yoast

I use this plugin every time I install WordPress. I always copy/paste my list of common plugins and it installs them easily.

But it can never install Yoast (WordPress SEO by Yoast). I’ve tried the name every way I can think of but it just can’t find it.

Is there a way to get it to work or is just a fluke?
