    You’re doing something wrong.

    Latest (2.2.0) version broke:

    • menu
    • pages (404 errors, might be why menu doesn’t work)
    • lost individual posts search exclusions

There are no errors in error_log whatsoever. I will not publicly provide url to a website in question (for security reasons), but I will say that it uses latest Bridge theme and litespeed plugin, amongst the others.

I had to roll back plugin (2.1.7) and wordpress (6.2) to get a functional site.

I think I caused the posts-search-exclusions amnesia by deactivating the plugin. The rest still stands, tho.

@3dwebvision Hi mate, please share your PHP error log details PHP stores error logs in /var/log/apache2 if PHP is an apache2 module. Shared hosts are often storing log files in your root directory subfolder. If you’re using cPanel, the master log file you’re probably looking for is stored (by default) at: /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log If you’re not sure where to find PHP error logs please contact your hosting provider.

Also, could you please tell us the version of WordPress and PHP?

    Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team.

At the time, wordpress version was v6.7.1, plugin was v2.2.0, and PHP was v8.3.13 (still is).

As I said, no errors are being logged. And server is set to log all errors in error_log in main domain folder.

Paths you suggested don’t exist (or are not acessible to me). Only error log outside the main domain folder is in /log subfolder, and it contains errors regarding emails. Nothing on wordpress site whatsoever.

    Hello

I can confirm I have the same issue with version 2.1.8 to 2.2.0. I had to revert to 2.1.7 with a WordPress version 6.7.

It’s creating a 503 error on my website and there is not much in the logs to be fair…

Let me know if you need some access to our staging environment or if you already have identified the issue.

    Thanks
    Nicolas

    Hi mate,

Most users have confirmed that the issue was resolved with version 2.2.0. However, since you’re still experiencing the problem on your specific WordPress installation, we recommend submitting a support ticket through the following link: https://urbiport1.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2.

This will allow us to investigate further. It’s possible that the issue is related to a particular configuration in your theme, plugins, or WordPress setup.

    Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team.

I did that, and nothing changed. My site was wide open for you guys for a full week and now I had to close the doors on you. Sorry, but you will need to figure this one out without my help.
