Plugin breaks admin UI on Fluent Forms

    When Admin Notices Manager is enabled, it causes the footer in Fluent Forms to display in the middle of the screen.

    The footer displays text asking you to rate Fluent Forms if you like it, and displays the version number at the far right of the screen.

    Normally the footer displays at the bottom of the PAGE, but I think Admin Notices Manager is causing the footer to display at the bottom of the SCREEN (above the fold).

    I have confirmed this behavior. It happens when ANM is activated, and goes away when ANM is deactivated.

    Fluent Forms support has confirmed with me that it is a problem with your plugin.

    FYI, clearing the cache did not resolve the problem.
