[Plugin: Ad Buttons] Widget Title & Ad rotation

I have two questions.

1) I’m wanting to use your plug-in, but I don’t want a title at the top. I looked through the coding and found where I can remove it, but there is still a line below where the title would be and it is still spaced down as if the title was still there. What can I do to not only remove the title, but the space and line?

2) Is there a way to have the ads change other than a page refresh/changing of pages?
