Plug-in doesnt work

NOTE:
For this problem i only have this theme and plugin activated. Nothing else is active for now!
i also disabled all cloudflare options so this website is not on a reverse proxy

What is happening:
It says all is cached
but when i check the the directory: /public_html/wp-content/cache/critical-css-for-wp/
The cache files are present accept they are all the same which is not normal because the pages are different with css
Also this directory is never been created: excluded-js
error message in console is:

when i activate my plugins there are more error messages. mostley bugging about defering etc …
