Plug In Blocking Checkout Payment

The plug in was blocking all payment methods at check out. I disabled and was working fine now. I have a subscription for three sites, please help.

It shows a red bar at the top of the progress bar with no message and stops external redirection to payment gateways like afterpay (Weekly payment provider)
