Username email problem

    hi please help me
    i am very tention and confuse.already i have 2 wordpress accounts.1st one is www.qnholdingjp.com under [email removed from public forum] . it is simple home page.there is no issue.
    2nd one i started for woocommerce .it is www.galaxyexpress-shopping.com under [email removed from public forum].
    i purchased by hostgator. when i opened wordpress dashboard there is no problems.but when i go to wordpress org.com with same username and password there is a popup invalid.i don’t know what is wrong. i finished my woocommerce homepage almost 90%. then i thought to upload woocommerce table rate shipping.when go to login woocommerce from wordpress i faced many problems.my user name and password is not working in woocommerce accounts too.but my former account [email removed from public forum] is working.please help me to solve my problems.i am not a good expert.

    Neither of those sites are a site at WordPress.com, they’re self-hosted WordPress.org sites, so you might not even have a WordPress.com account.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com

    Additionally, despite using the software from WordPress.org, your sites and our system here are entirely separate, so you are correct that you would have had to create a new separate account here to post.

    Overall, nothing that you’re describing is out of the ordinary. WordPress.com, WordPress.org, and your two sites are all separate things with separate accounts.
