PHP Warning (PHP8) when using template in new Form creation

    Info:
    WordPress core: 6.1.1
    PHP version: 8.0.27
    Multisite

    When creating a new Form and using any “template” the error-log shows:
    PHP Warning: Undefined array key “personally_identifiable” in /xyz/xyz/xyz/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/includes/Admin/Processes/ImportForm.php on line 456

    Only on PHP 8. When switching to PHP 7.4.30 no error in error-log.

    Selecting “Blank Form” does not produce this warning. Only when using the “templates”
