I’m so sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I just tried to reproduce this on my own installs and wasn’t able to do so. We want to help you get to the bottom of this so here are some things that should help you track it down.
– Try deactivating all your plugins that are not for Ninja Forms and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. If your issue goes away there was a conflict with one of these. Reactivate them one at a time until the issue returns and that will tell you exactly what the issue was.
– If that doesn’t resolve your issue you will need to submit a ticket to our support team(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/)

There are two other errors occurring.

It seems to be related to having strict error reporting enabled, causing these sorts of errors to stop the execution.
