    PHP warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction is in effect. File (/.aws/config) is not in the allowed path: is displayed.

    On a server where .user.ini cannot be used, PHP settings for each directory should be done using “.htaccess”. Please tell me how to set it.

    I understand this can be frustrating. Please contact your hosting provider about this open_basedir restriction issue. They have the necessary server access to properly adjust these settings through .htaccess or server configurations.
