    Hi,

    I’ve recently updated my hosting to PHP 8.4 but received a critical error linked to Music Player for WooCommerce (the homepage worked, but when the music player was loaded in the shop archive, the site crashed).

    Could you advise what PHP the current version of this plugin is compatible with?

    I apologize for the delayed response to your question. I was setting up a new website with only WooCommerce and the Music Player for WooCommerce in an environment with PHP 8.4.10. After conducting some tests, I confirmed that everything worked properly (there are no compatibility problems with PHP 8.4). Please watch the video by visiting the following link:

    Could you please provide the version number of your plugin copy and share the error details? These details should be recorded in the error log file on your server.

    No problem! Thanks for your response and for checking the new PHP version. I reckon it must be another plugin conflict, so will check that.

    Ah… Okay – seems that when I first installed the plugin I needed to have a separate free version alongside the paid version (or perhaps I should have deleted the free version – I’m not sure).

    Anyway, I’ve deleted the older version (see below) and reactivated the newer – all is now fine.
