PHP fatal error in wp-settings

I have deactivated plug-ins, reinstalled WP, changed themes, replaced wp-settings.php, but my WP install keeps crashing to the Parent Directory. I keep receiving the following on my error_log:

[07-Jun-2016 01:33:43 America/Denver] PHP Warning: require(ABSPATHwp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/arhistor/public_html/hub/wp-settings.php on line 21
[07-Jun-2016 01:33:43 America/Denver] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘ABSPATHwp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/php/56/usr/lib64:/usr/php/56/usr/share/pear’) in /home2/arhistor/public_html/hub/wp-settings.php on line 21

My site is installed/hosted on Bluehost at http://www.arhistoryhub.com/hub.

Bluehost provides a “Reset Core Files” function that makes the site work briefly, then it crashes again, with the above error on the error log.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you edited wp-config.php lately? I suspect your problem is there.

This should be the bottom of that file. There should be nothing afterwards:

/** Absolute path to the WordPress directory. */
if ( !defined('ABSPATH') )
    define('ABSPATH', dirname(__FILE__) . '/');
require_once(ABSPATH . 'wp-settings.php');

@sterndata, I have edited the wp-config.php, taking cues from other support forum posts for solutions. This is what the bottom of my wp-config.php looks like:

define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://www.arhistoryhub.com/hub’);

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

/** Absolute path to the WordPress directory. */
if ( !defined(‘ABSPATH’) )
define(‘ABSPATH’, dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/’);

@luke Cavanagh, I received the errors on theme twenty sixteen, theme twenty ten, and now on Education Hub free version theme.

When I go to http://www.arhistoryhub.com/hub/?cat=3, it all falls apart. is .htaccess there in the root of your site?

There are no other references to ABSPATH in my wp-config.php

@sterndata, I have a redirect on the domain arhistoryhub.com to a non-WP webpage that is a landing page at arhistoryhub.com/new_site that links to the WP site at arhistoryhub.com/hub. Here is what the .htaccess reads in the public_html directory:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^arhistoryhub\.com$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.arhistoryhub\.com$
