    I have WordPress debugging enabled, and today the following error message appeared:

    Sorry for the trouble. Thanks for the defect report.

    It looks to me like …

    1. You have APCu caching activated, and…
    2. a wp-cli operation wrote to the cache for a really long time (over five seconds), causing a busy timeout.

    These errors are usually ephemeral. The system recovers by creating a new cache.
