This sounds like an update might’ve not completed successfully on your side. Let’s try reinstalling the theme files by downloading the official .zip file: https://downloads.wordpress.org/theme/blocksy.2.0.97.zip, and uploading it manually via “add themes” and choosing replace when asked.
This should replace all theme files with a clean version and solve the issue.

Thank you for the reply. I did the theme reinstall, and I also reinstalled the WP. The error still comes up:

Is it possible that this is caused by a plugin making a call to the theme?

(Use Google Drive for uploading the file).
I’ll have our engineers verify the setup as soon as we get it to see if anything is missing. There might be something. 🙁
