Could you please, send us the backup log file, so we can analyze the issue?

In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

I am also continually experiencing this issue. I’ve already called my host and they confirmed that they extended the PHP execution time. But I am still seeing this error message everyday. How do I stop getting this error message at the top of my screen?

I am getting this error as well. Everything was working fine until last week and now I get this error every time I attempt to backup.
OK, now I was able to backup without the error.

We checked your log and everything seems to be ok with it.
