PHP Execution Timeout Error
-
I have successfully backed up my website until today when I got the PHP Execution Timeout Error. Can you tell me why?

Dear @jberry2019,
There may be different reasons for the issue.
Could you please, send us the backup log file, so we can analyze the issue?
You can download the mentioned log file by this article link:
https://help.backup-guard.com/en/article/download-backup-log-file-fgh0gi/Please send it via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.
Like this: https://prnt.sc/qr3ntvYou may send it to our support email address ([email protected]) or contact us via live chat on our official website if you don’t wish to share the log here in the forum.
In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
Dear @jberry2019,
How are you today?
Just wondering whether you saw our previous message?
Please, let us know if you still need help with this issue.I am also continually experiencing this issue. I’ve already called my host and they confirmed that they extended the PHP execution time. But I am still seeing this error message everyday. How do I stop getting this error message at the top of my screen?

I am getting this error as well. Everything was working fine until last week and now I get this error every time I attempt to backup.
OK, now I was able to backup without the error.
Sorry for the false alarm.-

Dear @annapanpurna,
Could you, please, submit your request in a new support topic thread?
This thread has gone too long, and the reason for this issue differs for the users, so it’s not really the same case. 🙂We checked your log and everything seems to be ok with it.
Please, try to extract your backup with our extractor and see if it goes well: Extract SGBP archiveSupport Backup Guard
Thank you for responding. I sent the backup log to you through wetransfer. Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.
