PhP Error on Custom WordPress Install

Hey guys hopefully I can get some help with this. I am having this error code showing up in the footer of a blog that I help my friend with.

Can anyone give me some idea how I can address this? I am pretty familiar with code just not so much with php so any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
