PHP Deprecated V1.2.26

I’m running PHP 8.1 and getting this error periodically:-

PHP Deprecated: htmlspecialchars(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /wp-content/plugins/iq-block-country/libs/blockcountry-checks.php on line 19

I think it’s because the country code for the visitor isn’t available. It’s not available for the requests in my cPanel raw access logs either. I think it’s just down to the changed PHP default behaviour for htmlspecialchars().
