    Hi @kellyoswald!

WP Offload SES Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query! We would be happy to assist.

We tested on a site with PHP 8.4.1, but weren’t able to reproduce deprecated notices. Could you please share the exact error messages you’re seeing, and when they occur?

Would you also be able to send the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install
    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info” and copy its contents
    3. Paste it as a response here, feel free to redact any sensitive info

We look forward to hearing from you.

@dbisupport Hi there! Please check this screenshot https://tppr.me/Svu9YG that’s only the part of the deprecated errors. We see those errors when open settings sections of your plugin.

    Hi @kellyoswald,

Thank you for letting us know. We checked our test site again and accessed the settings section of the plugin, but we can’t replicate the deprecated notices. For now, could you please try downloading a fresh copy of the plugin and reinstall it on your site, to see if it helps?

If the notices persist, please send the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with:

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install
    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info”
    3. Copy the contents and paste it here in your next response
    4. Feel free to redact any sensitive info

We look forward to your response!

Sorry but we don’t have enough time to make all those steps. It’s easier to switch to PHP 8.3 which does not generate those errors. We use the latest plugin version.

Hope you will see those errors some day and fix them.
