Perpetually occuring Internal Server Error

I am finding this issue recurring with my website too. A few pointers if you have any suggestions –
1. My website is quite old. I have quite a few files in Cpanel. Maybe I need to clean up once, the files created by plugins / themes that I got rid of
2. Working with Error log or phpmyadmin tables is not within my zone of tech expertiese / experience. I am basically not a tech person.
3. Tried out renaming a few plugin folders that I consider not as essential, but that did not fix the error.
4. My website is persistently showing Internal Server Error for nealy 12 hours now.
5. Tried also this one – Settings > Parmalinks > save (again) but no results.

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Thank you @sterndata for such a prompt and useful response.

Debugging: though that’s too technical for me to handle, but, the Debug Bar plugin is something that I will give a try.

Also, other tipes therein. I will revert after few hours with my results.
