    Hello.

My client installed this plugin for event registrations. When the user isn’t logged in it’s possible to register on the event. This option is enabled in the settings. However when the logged out visitor tries to register on the event, it get’s the following message after the form is submitted:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

The user data isn’t passed to the database so it’s like the registration wasn’t done at all. The plugins are up to date. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey Vlad,

Sorry for any confusion! Typically this is caused by some sort of a security plugin or code snippet.

Do you have any plugins that restrict access to the /wp-admin folder?

Our plugin works by using an AJAX call to the admin-ajax.php file so a page refresh isn’t needed. This is the standard way to make an AJAX call but certain redirect or access rules can prevent like you are seeing.

    Hey Vlad,

I’m going to mark this as resolved but let me know if you end up needing more help.

    Hi Craig.

Sorry I was going to get back to you. The problem is resolved. The issue is with the other plugin called RSVP. Once it’s disabled the form works fine. I’ll check it with the client but for now all is fine. Your answer gave me some insight on where to look for 🙂
